CP80 Internet Channel Initiative
The Internet Channel Initiative developed by the CP80 Foundation is working towards establishing a new web structure and ethos, which provides different portals or channels according to content. Community Ports would be for content that is suitable for everyone, including children. This would operate differently to filtering, and would be effectively monitored by specialised software and the community of users themselves. With the provision of effective access controls, monitoring and sanctions, the web will begin to be liberated from its current moral anarchy.
